Richard began his career at Procter & Gamble where he held various customer business development, customer marketing, and trade marketing roles. Following P&G, he gained extensive business and IT services experience within the Consumer Products industry vertical at IBM, prior to joining EY in 2013.
Richard has held assignments within industry associations including The Consumer Goods Forum and Grocery Manufacturers Association, as well as having served on the Consumer Goods Technology magazine Research Advisory Board.
