Mike Senackerib is a global executive, entrepreneur, and independent board director. He is a visionary leader recognized for transforming businesses into profitable growth engines. Mike’s career includes leading multi-billion dollar businesses, global businesses, and start-ups, as well as leading enterprise strategy, digital transformation, M&A, and global supply chains at leading companies including Campbell’s, Hertz, Kraft, and Nabisco.

Mike is currently co-founder and CEO of Farm & Oven Snacks, Inc, launched in 2017. Farm & Oven is on a mission to help people find the joy in healthy, with delicious snacks that have 40% of your daily vegetables and probiotics.

Mike has held the Global Chief Marketing Officer role at both the Campbell Soup Company and the Hertz Corporation. He has led large businesses including the $4 billion Nabisco Biscuit Company when it was part of Kraft Foods. Mike has led global brands at both Kraft and Campbell’s. Among his accomplishments, Mike has launched multiple $100 million new product platforms, including 100 Calorie Packs, Belvita, Toasted Chips, and the Adrenaline Collection.

Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of Herr Foods, Inc, and on the Board of Governors of St. Joseph’s University Academy of Food Marketing. He has previously served on boards of directors, including: the Community Food Bank of New Jersey; Worldwide Enactus; and, Navigation Solutions, LLC.

Mike has B.A. degree in government and law from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. degree from Columbia University.
