Prior to Prose, Arnaud Plas spent five years at Henkel before moving to L’Oréal in Paris. There, Plas led the development of hair care, styling and skincare categories for L’Oréal Paris for five years before moving to New York as the VP Digital & E-Commerce for L’Oréal USA to lead the digital acceleration of the entire portfolio of brands. In this role, he helped digitize the beauty experience across the company’s 31 beauty brands, including excelling in e-commerce, SEO, and content. In parallel to his professional career, Plas also founded, developed and sold a $2M e-commerce company in Europe, which is one of the leaders in B2B distribution of hardware tools in France.
