Sandeep Dadlani joined Mars, Incorporated as Chief Digital Officer in September 2017, and has responsibility for working with Mars' global business segments to drive its digital transformation agenda, while delivering effectiveness and efficiency to existing technology platforms. Dadlani will bring the power of design thinking, new data analytics capability and automation to accelerate digitization at Mars.
Prior to joining Mars, Dadlani worked at Infosys, a $10 billion global systems integration firm, where he was President and Head of Americas. He also was the Global Head of Infosys' Manufacturing, Retail, CPG and Logistic Practices. In this role, he managed a portfolio worth US $3.5, billion and helped more than 300 global clients embrace digital technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Dadlani has more than 18 years of experience in operations, consulting, business development and product management. He has been actively involved in helping organizations in the retail, CPG and logistics sectors become more competitive by embracing new emerging trends across digital consumers and emerging markets. He has authored several white papers in the areas of innovation, business transformation and shared services. Dadlani is often quoted in publications such as Forbes, Business Week, Consumer Goods Technology, and Stores, and has been a regular speaker at industry forums produced by Consumer Goods Technology and the National Retail Federation.
He is on the Advisory Boards of Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State University. He has been featured for consecutive years on the UN Global Compact Supply Chain Sustainability Advisory Board and co-authored their report on supply chain sustainability. Additionally, he has been on the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Ethics and Values and has participated in the World Economic Forum Annual meeting in Davos. He is also on the Board of Hands On Atlanta, an innovative volunteer-based charity in Atlanta that focuses on education, tackling poverty and supporting local causes.
