At Nestlé Headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland, Maxence is responsible for driving innovation, M&A, and the strive to achieve sustainability across Zone Americas.

Maxence joined Nestlé, in Switzerland, in 2010 as Strategy Development Manager in the Food SBU where he developed global Business and Portfolio Strategies.
In 2014 Maxence transferred to Mexico where he was Head of Strategy, Business Development & Innovation at Nestlé Mexico until April 2020.

Maxence played an instrumental role in reshuffling the market portfolio by supporting the divestments of various businesses (Ice Cream, Ready-to- drink, Juices, Nestea powder). He notably pioneered Nestlé’s open innovation strategy & ecosystem engagement, in addition.

In 2017, Maxence was also deeply involved in the Terrafertil acquisition and is currently driving the roll-out of Nature’s Heart across Nestlé’s Zone Americas.
Prior to Nestlé, Maxence worked as a Strategy Consultant for top tier consulting firms in Europe, leading key strategic projects for high profile companies.
