Leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning within trade promotions, optimization and pricing, is a well discussed topic in consumer goods. However, when developing a revenue growth management strategy, it is sometimes difficult to clearly identify the use cases needed to gain key stakeholder value. In this RGM share group, UpClear will help to guide a discussion around identifying key RGM processes that can be supported by advanced analytics along with related data enablers and success factors that can be applied relatively quickly, and to an existing or developing strategy.
