Nicole Vinson is a marketing transformation leader with over 18 years of experience driving digital innovation across brand building, shopper marketing, eCommerce, performance marketing, loyalty, web development, and content production. She has partnered with iconic brands including P&G, Coty, Starbucks, MillerCoors, Xbox, Mars, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, and Hain Celestial.
Currently serving as Vice President of Global Digital, Media & Omni-Shopper Experience at Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company), Nicole leads the Global Marketing Center of Excellence and Digital Transformation. Her remit spans consumer data and technology strategy, full-funnel marketing, advanced analytics, media and measurement, omni-commerce capability, creative effectiveness, and inclusive brand engagement.
Nicole is at the forefront of unlocking AI to power modern marketing, leveraging machine learning and GenAI to optimize spend, personalize consumer journeys, and accelerate content production.
A Bay Area native, Nicole started her career with Acxiom and AKQA San Francisco designing digital brand experiences. In 2007, she moved to Colorado, where she was an early CPG eCommerce pioneer at Omnicom’s Integer Group, establishing their omni-commerce service offering around winning the digital shelf. Before joining Kellanova, Nicole led the U.S. eCommerce and digital marketing COE at Hain Celestial.
An active thought leader, Nicole has been featured in industry publications and events including AdWeek’s Marketing Vanguard Awards, P2P Institute, DigiDay, Brand Innovators Cannes Lions, MMA’s Great Debates, and the CPG Guys Podcast. She is a member of WFA, MMA, ANA, and WARC.
Nicole lives in Broomfield, Colorado with her husband Ben and their children, Zach and Kennedy.
