Tomas is currently the CEO at sciemo – a company he founded together with Dan Wald in early 2025. Sciemo builds AI for consumer brands with a focus on Integrated Business Planning. Before Sciemo, Tomas was the Head of Applied AI at Mastercard leading the central integrated technical team at Mastercard that builds and delivers AI use cases together with Internal and Product teams. Earlier in his career Tomas spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company where he advised senior leaders on AI and other technology topics. Tomas holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a master’s in economics from the University of Antwerp (his hometown). He currently lives in New York City.
