Deepak Bhosale is part of the Asian Paints Business Leadership team, and his accountability is to create competitive differentiators for the India and International Businesses (spread across 17 countries) using cutting edge digital technologies. He handles the roles of a Chief Digital Office, Chief Analytical Officer and Chief Information Secuirty Officer. He is currently mentoring a internal startup for Asian Paints in the space of Home Décor.
Technology is integral part of Asian Paints businesses (Decorative Paints, Home Décor and Industrial/Automotive) and Deepak works closely with all business leaders across the organsations in evangelizing the disruptive potential of digital and shaping strategic directions.
Deepak is particularly passionate about engineering Digital Experiences across customer touchpoints, driving technology solutions from Experience Design, Supply Chain to Manufacturing for Home Decor Business (Kitchens, Wardrobes, Bathroom fittings, etc.). He is crusading the Insight Driven Organsation journey for Asian Paints.
Over the last 20 years, Deepak has been involved in aligning technologies and processes to enhance business growth and profitability. More recently, he was involved in digital projects around Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence(AI/ML), Business Analytics, IoT Pilots and AR/VR/Visualizations for customer experience. Deepak closely works with the business teams to understand their challenges and helps engineer solutions with his in-house IT team/System Integrators/Solution providers/IT Partners. His team works closely with IT vendors, building strategic relationships and understanding their technology road maps to bring better alignment.
Earlier in his career, Deepak dealt with IT Platforms covering ERPs, CRMs, E-commerce, Web experience, Social, Cloud, Analytics, Digital, Networking and communications, telephony systems, Security systems etc. from SAP, SAS, IBM, Oracle, ASPECT, CISCO, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, Adobe and other Niche players/Startups.
Deepak enjoys sharing his learnings and experiences via blogs & speaking at conferences though he believes he is still a student curious to learn more. He has a wide range of interests from ancient coin collection, providing tennis coaching, creating short movies, singing and performing magic shows.
