Responsibilities:

As the Chief Marketing Officer at GoGo SqueeZ, Mark is responsible for ensuring the sustainability and profitability of the brand in maintaining market shares and positioning. He defines the brand marketing strategy in line with the general strategy of the company and ensures the optimum position of our brands and products. Mark guarantees the brand image is consistent with the marketing, commercial and general strategy by using appropriate communication media and by carrying out efficient promotional actions. In addition, he partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain & HR to identify and execute the best Marketing vision and strategy.

Experience
Mark’s marketing experience spans across multiple categories and a little under 2 decades, his journey with Materne North America began October 2022. Prior to Materne, Mark began his career at Procter & Gamble where he was classically trained managing digital and traditional brands. Mark furthered his career at The Campbell Soup company where he worked for one of the most iconic brands, Goldfish Crackers, succeeding in delivering strong communication and Ecommerce strategies. His most recent experience prior to joining Materne was at Henkel Corporation where he led the Digital, Shopper, and Ecommerce Marketing organization.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a min or Mathematics from Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana.

Mark is originally from Florien, Louisiana, a place where he called home with only 600 other people. He grew up on a farm which sourced vegetables and meats for his family’s restaurant, Pearl’s Place. Mark is married to Michael and has a son, Mick, and a dog named Maddux. During his free time, he loves cooking, entertaining family and friends, gardening, sports, and travel. Mark joined Materne due to the diverse and talented individuals who have a passion for their fellow employees, consumers, and the brand.
